Charter:
“This is the Covenant of Tremain, part of the greater effort of the Greater Alps Tribunal to further the knowledge and power within the Order of Hermes. All decisions included within this charter were voted on by a council of members. Going against any of the decisions in the charter will result in the revocation of member rights and placing the member on probation status until a time deemed by a vote of the remaining members. A second offence will result in expulsion from the covenant.”
- A member is a magus inducted into the covenant by passing any trials or tests included in this charter and voted to be via unanimous decision of current members. All members have equal right to bring forth and vote on issues in meetings in which they attend.
- Any potential member will be put on probation status, thus not allowed to join in covenant meetings or bring forth or vote on issues, until such a time that they have spent one season distilling vis for the covenant. This probation period can be avoided if the potential member brings vis with them.
- All vis will be stored on covenant grounds and used for the good of the entire covenant. Individual allocation of vis must be voted on.
- All books in the covenant that have worth for the covenant as a whole will be stored in the covenant's main library when not in use by a member.
- All members of the Covenant must attend a yearly meeting on the date of the covenant’s creation.
- All votes of the covenant in the tribunal shall be made with a pool of all the sigils of all the members. A meeting shall be held before each Tribunal to decide upon the issues.
